Last week, Jon Stewart announced his fake Kickstarter campaign to buy CNN, but guest and CNN’s own Fareed Zakaria insisted that The Daily Show doesn’t have what it takes to run the 24-hour news network. Thankfully Stewart took some time to prove Zakaria wrong last night by playing tons of old Daily Show clips showing all the great suggestions he’s offered CNN over the years, and he even made a website LetsBuyCNN.com so all his Kickstarter backers can have a say in the network’s future.
