The Little League World Series might be over for superstar Mo’ne Davis, but our love affair with her hasn’t quit. The first Little League player to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated and the first female pitcher to throw a total shutout appeared on Jimmy Fallon last night for a friendly game of whiffleball. They played ten pitches — balls don’t count — to see who would win the most points, strikes counting for Davis and hits for Fallon. The conclusion might be foregone, but the road is what counts.
