The social calendar kicked off on a glamorous note over the weekend at the Hammer Museum’s 12th annual Gala in the Garden (sponsored by Bottega Veneta), which drew everyone from January Jones and Julia Roberts to Orlando Bloom and Zoe Saldana, along with Elizabeth Banks, Kate Bosworth, and Sia (plus the artist John Baldessari, who showed up proudly wearing a Rodarte shirt). Following Monday night’s big Chanel dinner honoring Gisele, the fashion set turned out again on Tuesday for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund cocktail party — while, across town, Natalie Joos, Giovanna Battaglia, and Constance Jablonski celebrated the opening of “The Visionary World of Vogue Italia” exhibition at Industria Studios. Last night, Cathy Horyn, Jason Wu, and Thom Browne all showed up at the T Magazine Tenth Anniversary Party at Christie’s, while Leandra Medine and Shala Monroque attended the opening of & Other Stories’ first U.S. location.
