When Diane Keaton became Annie Hall back in 1977, she inspired a generation of women to dress in her image: high-waisted pants, blouses, neckties, and bowler hats. It’s a look she’s held onto ever since — rotating in many a white turtleneck and starched dress-shirt over the years. She’s stayed loyal to suits — showing up to an event this fall in a tweed plaid suit with cropped pants and platform boots — and routinely wears thick patent-leather belts.
