Back in September it was announced that Parks and Rec star Aubrey Plaza had been cast as the voice of Grumpy Cat in an upcoming Christmas film for Lifetime, and the network released the first trailer over the weekend. Does Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever look like an excellent film that will become a timeless holiday classic? Not exactly. Has Aubrey Plaza mastered the art of embodying a cat who is at worst grumpy and at best completely apathetic to the world around her? Absolutely.
