The host of The Tonight Show took a fake beating from Oprah last night in some clips from a faux-’80s-era soap opera called Midnight Meadows. Oprah and Fallon co-star as lovers who don’t trust each other and have experimental voices. (If you listen closely, you can hear Oprah’s vocal cords trying to run away from her at the 5:43 mark.)
