In an interview set to air on Monday on the Today show, Katy Perry says that rock star Lenny Kravitz will be performing with her during her upcoming Super Bowl halftime show. “My first special guest is going to be an incredible rock-and-roll icon, a guitar god,†Perry said to Willie Geist. “He’s the coolest!†This will be the second year in a row that a rocker joins the headliner, after the Red Hot Chili Peppers guested on Bruno Mars’s set last year. No word yet on whether Kravitz will perform “American Woman†or if he will wear a muscle shirt made from a fishing net. (Fingers crossed.)
