Back in November, Spike TV ordered 10 episodes of Lip Sync Battle from co-executive producers Jimmy Fallon, John Krasinski, and Stephen Merchant, and today the network revealed the host of the 10-episode series: LL Cool J. He will also be credited as a producer on the show. “Like the rest of the world, I’m a big fan of these battles, but this show is going to bring it to a whole new level,†LL Cool J said in a statement. “I’m thrilled to be working with Jimmy Fallon, John Krasinski, Stephen Merchant and the entire team to host the show and can’t wait for the fans at home to join in!†All three EPs are slated to appear in upcoming episodes; the series tapes in New York this month and is slated to premiere on April 2nd.
