The AP is reporting that Missy Elliott will make a surprise (not anymore!) appearance during Katy Perry’s halftime performance at the Super Bowl this Sunday. An anonymous source familiar with the show’s plans spilled the beans shortly after Perry gave a press conference about her act, which will also include Lenny Kravitz. Perry told media earlier Thursday that she “wanted to bring someone back. A throwback of sorts that definitely needed some more shine. All I can say is it will be a real female fun night,†according to Mashable. “It’s a bit old school. When this person enters the stage and you hear the first ring of the chord I think jaws will drop and faces will melt.â€
