If you needed more confirmation that Zoolander 2 is really happening, Coming Soon reports that the sequel to Ben Stiller’s 2001 film is set to begin shooting in Rome for twelve weeks this April. According to Italian website Bad Taste, the mayor of Rome Ignazio Marino confirmed the news after recently meeting with Stiller in Italy. Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson, and Christina Taylor have all been confirmed to return for the sequel, while Penelope Cruz has also been cast in an undisclosed role. Stiller is writing the script with Justin Theroux, who will also direct.
