SPECTRE, which stands for Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, and Extortion — or basically evil — is the international crime syndicate at the center of Daniel Craig’s fourth James Bond film. It looks like Craig’s broodiest Bond yet as he roots around the past, uncovering secret octopus rings and twisting around like a plastic bag kite in a hurricane. Christoph Waltz steals the trailer from the shadows, as he is wont to do.
