Unlike the other Marvel movies, you won’t have to sit through the entire credits sequence of Avengers: Age of Ultron for a teaser or a chuckle. EW reports that writer-director Joss Whedon said that they’re not going to try to top the post-battle shawarma from the first film. “We don’t want to chase that,†said Whedon. “That was a jewel and a weird little quirk.†This is just a technicality, though, because it doesn’t mean that there isn’t going to be a tag; it’ll just appear mid-credits. “There is nothing at the very end. And that’s not a fake-out,†he said. “We want people to know so they don’t sit there for 10 minutes and then go: ‘Son of a bitch! I’ll kill them!’†So now you don’t have to read the names of all the grips who were working on set. (Although you should!)
