Assistants to King Lucious and Queen Cookie, Becky and Porsha are finally getting some damn respect. TV Line reports that Gabourey Sidibe, who plays half-white Becky, and Ta’Rhonda Jones, who plays the scene-stealing, gum-smacking Porsha, have been bumped up as series regulars for the second season of Empire. Now maybe we’ll get to hear Porsha drop some verses.
