Kim Kardashian and Martha Stewart Hung Out at the Time 100 Gala
Last night, celebrities, humanitarians, and other do-gooders turned out at Lincoln Center for Time magazine’s annual celebration of influence. The Time 100 Gala also serves as an occasion for the famous to meet their idols: Kim Kardashian was seen spending some time chatting with her profile-writer, Martha Stewart, and Amy Schumer — after staging the night’s most dramatic display of fandom — spent some time schmoozing with Elon Musk. John Oliver told the Cut that he was personally hankering to meet Doctors Without Borders president Joanne Liu (“I’ll start sweating, my mouth will go dry, and I’ll make a fool of myself,” he anticipated), while Orange Is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan revealed that she was most excited to introduce herself to Sarah Koenig (“I’m a big ‘Serial’ fan”).
