On The Late Late Show, host James Corden and Anna Kendrick had a musical face-off that was so much better, and shorter, than Pitch Perfect 2. Corden has been bragging that he’s the best a cappella singer in town, and Kendrick took issue with his braggart bombast. Garbed in sweat suits, the duo brought out a capella group the Filharmonics and flaunted their stuff. Corden’s rendition of *NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye†is immensely amusing.
