The Frieze Art Fair kicked off last week in New York, meaning there has been no shortage of parties, openings, and cocktail hours for the art and fashion sets to mingle at. On Friday, Cindy Sherman, Laurie Simmons, and Marilyn Minter hung out at the Choice Works auction to benefit Planned Parenthood, and last night, Marina Abramovic showed up at the Jack Shainman Gallery to honor El Anatsui. Over the weekend, three generations of Roitfelds convened to celebrate Romy’s (Julia Restoin-Roitfeld’s daughter) 3rd birthday, and Snoop Dogg threw an album-release party for Bush at Up&Down.

Last week, Interview Magazine, the Paul Kasmin Gallery, and 1stdibs threw a Frieze party with Natalie Joos and Cory Kennedy, and Yvonne Force Villareal threw a cocktail party at Barneys in honor of Alex Katz. Meanwhile, Gigi Hadid and Jourdan Dunn hung out at Maybelline’s hundredth anniversary party, and Olivia Wilde showed up at Maiyet’s launch party for the New York Edition. Earlier in the week, Rosie Assoulin and Leandra Medine turned out to celebrate the 2015 CFDA Swarovski Award Nominees, and the Brant brothers made an appearance at Rob Pruitt’s 50th Birthday bash. Questlove partied at the Museum of Food and Drink’s Spring Benefit Dinner, and Solange DJ’d the Society Memorial Sloan Kettering and Michael Kors Spring Ball.
