This fall, Janet Jackson will make her much-needed comeback after a seven-year hiatus from music. She’s already announced the North American leg of her global tour, and, as promised, now she’s shared some new music from her upcoming album (presumably titled Conversations in a Cafe). On Twitter today, she teased a snippet of a new piano-driven ballad with a note: “I wanna tell you how important you are to me!†In the song, she’s either singing to her husband, Wissam Al Mana, or (and we hope) her loyal fans — because who wouldn’t want to make Janet Jackson feel wanted? Leave it to Janet to bring back the fan-appreciation interlude.
