Tomorrow is Jon Stewart’s last night in The Daily Show’s host chair, but his series’ set will live on in the dead eyes of children on field trips: Washington, D.C.’s Newseum announced Wednesday that it will accept the show’s donation among its collection of badass newsworthy artifacts following Stewart’s final broadcast. The interactive museum also houses the largest chunk of the Berlin Wall outside of Germany and a harrowing 9/11 gallery, and previously hosted an exhibit devoted to the journalistic integrity of the Anchorman series.

Cathy Trost, senior vice-president of exhibits and programs at the Newseum, proudly accepted Stewart’s “artifacts,†stating, “They are part of America’s cultural and media history, telling an important story about how political satire and news as humor made ‘The Daily Show’ a trusted news source for a generation.†Come September, Trevor Noah will be sitting on the floor.
