Bran and the Three-Eyed Raven are set to make their triumphant return to season six of Game of Thrones after a season-long absence, but the mysterious figure will look different this time around: Variety reports that Max von Sydow, of Exorcist fame, will find time to play Bran’s tutor after wrapping Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens. When Bran briefly encountered the Three-Eyed Raven at the end of season four, he was played by actor Struan Rodger. The character is said to be playing a “major role†in the upcoming season. Still no word on whether Jon Snow will show up.
