Meet the new Scrooge: Ice Cube. Deadline reports that Cube will star in an upcoming Christmas movie for Universal called Humbug, a modern-day take on A Christmas Carol directed by Barbershop and Ride Along 2’s Tim Story. Cube will play “a wealthy real estate mogul shown a path to redemption by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.†It’s expected to hit theaters in 2017. Cube is also set to star opposite Charlie Day in the upcoming teacher comedy Fist Fight.
