Ed Sheeran, Cover Artist for Hire, Covered ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’ for Stephen Colbert

Now that Ed Sheeran has taken a breather from making music of his own for a little while, he’s back to his old tricks: covering everyone else’s hits! He whipped out his tried-and-true “Ain’t No Sunshine� cover for Colbert last night, just days after making everyone uncomfortable with his acoustic rendition of “Drunk in Love� alongside Queen B herself. Because when Sheeran’s not busy not writing songs for One Direction or gouging someone’s eye out on The Bastard Executioner, he’s just another lowly cover artist for hire. Have a wedding or a bar mitzvah coming up?
