A modern-day adaptation of the Greek play Lysistrata by Aristophanes, Chi-Raq documents the gang violence of the South Side of Chicago. The cast includes Nick Cannon, Wesley Snipes, Jennifer Hudson, Teyonah Parris, D.B. Sweeney, Steve Harris, Angela Bassett, John Cusack, and Samuel L. Jackson. Spike Lee’s latest joint will be released in theaters on December 4.
