I hadn’t thought about it until I heard James Corden and Chris Hardwick sing a Star Wars version of “The Christmas Song†last night, but you know what? Now is the perfect time to seamlessly swap Christianity for Star Wars. Think about it. They teach most of the same lessons: Have hope, stand up to evil, it’s okay to kiss your brother once but don’t go crazy with it. All the important lessons. We’re basically already there anyway, right? Probably more people believe in Star Wars. Great, so going forward we’ll just go ahead and celebrate Star Wars instead of Christmas. I honestly don’t think most people will notice we’ve made the switch.
