Time really is fleeting. It’s been over 40 years since Tim Curry donned his fishnets to play Dr. Frank N. Furter — first in the 1973 London stage production, and then in the film classic from 1975 — and now he’ll return to Fox’s two-hour production, set to air in the fall of 2016. Since Laverne Cox is slated to play the sweet-transvestite scientist, Curry will play the criminologist narrator (played by Charles Gray in the film). He also joins Adam Lambert as Eddie and Victoria Justice and Ryan McCartan as sweethearts Janet and Brad, to whom he will relay the instructions to jump to the left, put their hands on their hips, and become icons of stage and screen.
