Then you’d get something very close to Matt LeBlanc’s new CBS pilot, which TVLine reports just cast Jenna Fischer as the female lead. She’ll play LeBlanc’s wife, who goes back to work, leaving him to handle child-rearing duties. Unfortunately she’s a medical lab technician, which means there probably won’t be a line where her character says “I have to head to the office,†and the studio audience laughs and laughs and laughs.
