Thomas Middleditch Makes the Perfect Shakespeare on Dan Harmon’s ‘Great Minds’

Here’s the latest episode of Dan Harmon’s History channel series Great Minds, where Spencer brings back William Shakespeare (Thomas Middleditch) for a day out with one of his biggest fans. “Never meet your heroes� is a well-known phrase for a reason, though, which Harmon quickly learns after he forces Mr. Shakespeare to watch some of Community season 1 in an attempt to show him they’re both writing geniuses. From there the day out with Shakespeare just goes downhill – but he is, it turns out, a big fan of Dirty Grandpa: “Wondrous! Riotous! I mean, I had a feeling the grandpa would be dirty, but no one could’ve gone to that extent!�
