Last night, Tiffany gathered a glittering assemblage of stars to celebrate the launch of the 2016 Blue Book Collection, a selection of amazing one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by an exploration of nature and titled “Art of Transformation.”
The event was held under the Cunard Building’s painted domed ceilings. Large silver mirrored spheres hovered in a cluster over the tables, like Instagram-ready clouds complimenting the jewels worn by the glamorous crowd. The tables were a rainbow of monochromatic flowers, each centerpiece a single color, from pink to red to purple and on.
The crowd was as glamorous as the setting, decked out in gowns, tuxes, and, as the event would suggest, an astounding array of jewelry. Reese Witherspoon sported an incredible $10 million necklace, while Jessica Biel, in a white gown from the Row, opted for a diamond bib. Diane Kruger went for color with a red Kaufmanfranco dress and aquamarine, tanzanite, tourmaline, and diamond necklace.
Esperanza Spalding performed during the first course of dinner (much to the excitement of Witherspoon, who was busily snapping pics). Beyonce’s choreographer organized dancers in nude body stockings for an energetic performance to a medley of Bey favorites like “Formation” and “Haunted.” After eating, the DJ broke out the ’70s and ’80s hits for a fun formal dance party. Check out all the looks (and the fabulous jewels) in the slideshow below.
