If anyone every tells you to work on your resting bitch face, point them in the direction of Kim Gordon. Would the Sonic Youth member be the style icon she is today if she smiled more?
Well, maybe — but no one who looks this cool needs to smile all the time. Back in the day, Gordon wore her fringed leather skirt with a baggy tee and mixed prints like they were designed to go together. She inspired countless women of the ’90s with her cult brand X-Girl, even once the decade ended, she held on to her perfected bedhead, fishnets, and leather jackets.
