Over the last few days, art collectors, billionaires, and celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio flocked to Randall’s Island for the Frieze Art Fair — an annual gathering of the art world’s elite. This year the fashionable crowd was as colorful as the contemporary art itself, and photographer David Williams captured the scene on behalf of the Cut.
