Kevin Hart has a new movie project in the works. According to Variety, Hart has signed on to produce an action-comedy for Universal called Run the Jewels, which will follow “a group of unsuccessful rappers trying to rob an eccentric hip-hop mogul.†@midnight writer/executive producer Alex Blagg wrote the script with Neel Shah, who co-wrote Puerto Ricans in Paris and works as a story editor on NBC’s upcoming comedy series Powerless. The project doesn’t yet have a director or cast attached.
