Hulu’s sci-fi anthology series Dimension 404 — a 21st-century Twilight Zone, but original ’cause it’s on the interwebs — released details about two more episodes, one featuring Ashley Rickards (of Awkward fame) and another with Patton Oswalt (of awkward comedic fame). The anthology series itself is named for the “404†computer error because it’s mysterious and otherworldly like a sci-fi plot, or, you know, because your mom sent you a broken link. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Oswalt will play a movie-loving nerd who is trapped in a pickle when he takes his niece to see a YA movie that uses a lethal new technology called “Cinetrax.†What? An invention that combines the word “cinema†with “anthrax†isn’t safe?  In Rickards’s episode, she’s a college student who has to help a cartoon superhero against a villain, which sounds like a plot Oswalt would love to watch. Another segment starring Lea Michele and Robert Buckley was announced earlier this month.
