For the second straight year, the Television Academy has smiled benevolently upon us with a later start time: We’re up! We’re ready for the 68th Emmy Awards nominations! Gilmore Girls’ Lauren Graham and Black-ish’s Anthony Anderson announced this year’s nominees, and Game of Thrones and The People v. O.J. Simpson came out on top with 23 and 22 nominations, respectively. Jimmy Kimmel will host the Emmy Awards on ABC on September 18. We’ll have our analysis of the nominees coming shortly, but until then, check out our list of the major contenders below.
