After pranking Jimmy Kimmel in bed to releasing her new music video for “Make Me,†Britney is hoping to command the zeitgeist like a yellow snake wrapped around her neck. At the TCA summer press tour, CBS announced that Spears is joining The Late Late Show With James Corden for his trademark “Carpool Karaoke†bit Thursday, August 25, which is right before her album drops on the 26th. Will James Corden be the man for her, or will he get edited out by reshoots?
