The Brits call summer the silly season. So, perhaps it’s fitting that the British Olympic team’s flight home from the summer games was, well, ridiculous. First, medal winners were awarded first and business class seats on the flight home, leaving non-medal winners stuck in coach. Then, there was some confusion at baggage claim because each team was given the exact same red suitcase. And you thought your travel stories were demoralizing.
