Netflix has successfully hopped on the comedy train, with stand-up specials from the talented minds of Hannibal Buress, Ali Wong, and John Mulaney — among many others — receiving much critical acclaim for the streaming network. Expanding its comedic slate even further, Netflix has just unveiled the official fall schedule for stand-up specials. For September, Cedric the Entertainer: Live From the Ville is slated for release; while Russell Peters: Almost Famous and Joe Rogan: Triggered are scheduled for October. November is full of Saturday Night Live talent, with Dana Carvey: Straight White Male, 60, Colin Quinn: The New York Story, and Michael Che Matters set to premiere. (A battle of the Weekend Update hosts, eh?) Rounding out the end of the year is Reggie Watts: Spatial and Gabriel lglesias: I’m Sorry for What I Said When I Was Hungry debuting in December. These will join the previously announced Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy’s We’ve Been Thinking (out later this month) and Iliza Shlesinger’s Confirmed Kills (out in September).
