Head on over to your nearest diner and dance aimlessly by the counter in celebration, because a David Lynch– and Angelo Badalamenti–approved reissue of the Twin Peaks soundtrack is finally being released. Death Waltz unveiled the LP on Monday, which includes a pressed “Damn Fine Coffeeâ€â€“colored 12-inch vinyl and a gatefold sleeve featuring lyrics and liner notes by supercomposer Badalamenti himself, with artist Sam Smith designing the Black Lodge–esque tiled jacket. It will be available for purchase beginning tomorrow afternoon. “This is my defining work as a composer and I’m happy it will get a fresh listen,†Badalamenti said in a statement.
