Roy Wood Jr. and Jordan Klepper Put North Carolina’s HB2 Law to the Test on ‘The Daily Show’

Here’s a clip from last night’s Daily Show, where correspondent Roy Wood Jr. heads down to Raleigh to put North Carolina’s HB2 law, or “bathroom bill,� to the test by setting up a fake barbecue food truck and refusing service to anyone he suspects might be gay. Wood brings correspondent Jordan Klepper along to help him run the truck – also because he has excellent discrimination skills. “Look, your gay taste buds aren’t even calibrated to enjoy straight mac and cheese,� Klepper tells one of the food truck customers. “They’re more cultivated to enjoy things like cilantro and…penis.�
