Here’s a haunting thought: In the years since making Risky Business, Tom Cruise may have switched to boxers. Wednesday’s Late Late Show provided the best possible window to get answers, with Cruise and James Corden doing a marathon reenactment of Cruise’s entire filmography, but quick-changes can only come so fast and so, shamefully, everybody’s pants stayed on. Oh, and there was something else essential missing from Cruise and Corden’s look back. Those strategically placed face wounds? Nowhere to be seen.
