Noah talked about the candidates’ respective guests, Vladimir Putin, and puppets, which led to his best burn of the night: “To be fair, Trump thinks all women are puppets: That’s why he’s always trying to stick his hand up them.†In any case, we’re in the final stretch of what undoubtedly feels like the longest campaign season ever — although there is the horrifying thought that Donald Trump will somehow extend our national purgatory beyond November 8.
