During this weekend’s annual NAACP Image Awards, awards-show favorites including Moonlight, People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, and Beyoncé continued their dominance with multiple wins. In the movie categories, Moonlight received four awards, including one for director Barry Jenkins and another for Mahershala Ali for best supporting actor, though it was Fences that carried the best actor and best supporting actress categories for Denzel Washington and Viola Davis. Black-ish dominated the television wins, with four of its six total awards going to performers (Tracee Ellis Ross, Anthony Anderson, Laurence Fishburne, and Marsai Martin). Over in music, Beyoncé nabbed five awards, including wins for Lemonade and “Freedom.” Check out the full list of winners below.
