Vin Diesel may or may not be, in Dwayne Johnson’s estimation, a “candy ass,†but that isn’t stopping Diesel from taking Johnson’s cues. In the wake of the Rock’s unexpected but unsurprisingly delightful vocal turn in Moana, Diesel has been putting out some musical feelers of his own, first with a Broadway tryout and now with a slice of pop art. Diesel is featured on the remix of Selena Gomez and Kygo’s “It Ain’t Me,†and the action star’s proportionally bulky vocals certainly make for a distinctive take on the airy track.
