Adam Sandler is working on his next movie for Netflix, and a rumor about the project that Sandler would star alongside Chris Rock has been confirmed today. Deadline reports that Sandler’s final comedy from his original four-movie deal with the streaming network will be titled The Week Of, which Sandler co-wrote with Robert Smigel, who is also attached to direct. The movie will follow “the week of preparation for a wedding in which Sandler’s character’s daughter marries Rock’s character’s son†and begins production in Long Island this summer. Sandler’s most recent Netflix film Sandy Wexler just premiered last week.
