Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming movie about the year 1969 that also probably has a lot to do with the Manson Family murders has secured its first A-lister. According to Deadline, Leonardo DiCaprio will reunite with Tarantino to play an “aging actor,†with no other details available at this time. Deadline describes the story as “Pulp Fiction-esqueâ€, and taking place during the time of the Manson murders. Tastefully or not, it will be released on the 50th anniversary of those brutal killings. Names like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt have been tossed out as people who have expressed interest in the project, and Tarantino has reportedly asked Margot Robbie to take the role of Sharon Tate, so we can probably assume Samuel L. Jackson will also be in there somewhere.
