FX’s Pose invites you to a world of glamor, posture, and theft in its latest trailer. The 1980s-set drama, produced by Ryan Murphy, gives an introduction to to the ballroom scene famously documented in Paris Is Burning, with a cast of five transgender actors — Mj Rodriguez, Indya Moore, fashion model Jackson, Hailie Sahar, and Angelica Ross — playing trans characters. The show stars Evan Peters and Kate Mara as a New Jersey couple Stan and Patty, who hail from a more wealthy side of New York. James Van Der Beek, who we haven’t gotten to see yet, plays a financial kingpin and Peter’s boss. Pose premieres June 3.
