National Geographic has cleared Neil deGrasse Tyson after it launched an investigation into assault allegations made against him, according to a report in Variety. They have stated they will move forward with airing season 3 of Cosmos: Possible Worlds and season 5 of Star Talk, but the network declined to elaborate on the results of their investigation. The shows had been in limbo after the network put them on hold late last year after multiple women came forward with allegations of groping and impropriety. A third woman has also accused him of raping her in grad school in the 1980s. Tyson has denied the allegations in a Facebook post.
