Sure, New Yorkers are effortlessly cool, but London fashion people know how to push the boundaries between street style and fantasy. At the just-wrapped London Fashion Week, stylish Brits pulled off otherworldly beauty looks, including vibrant eye colors and beaded embellishments. Accessories were just as bold: We saw large statement earrings and every kind of hat, including bucket hats, a beaded headpiece, wide-brimmed hats worn on the back, and even baseball caps used as crossbody bags.
