A tearful Jimmy Kimmel returned to his Hollywood studio after having to evacuate January 8. The show has been dark since the Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire tore through Los Angeles Country. Kimmel thanked the firefighters who have been working to save his city, as well as other frontline workers. He also shared what the son of one his employees took in his go-bag: 8 pairs of boxers and all his baby teeth. Kimmel then went remote to the Palisades to interview chefs working with the World Central Kitchen, as well as emerging folk hero Steve Guttenberg. He’s putting out fires and finding lost dogs!
