General complaints and appeals
This page explains how you can complain about something that is not:
- an editorial complaint
- a fair trading complaint
- a Digital Switchover Help Scheme complaint
- a TV Licensing complaint; or
- a complaint relating to the Trust or the Trust Unit
If you want to complain about any other aspect of the BBC's work or operations, you need to complain first to the BBC executive via the BBC Complaints website.
How to appeal
If you are unhappy with your response from the BBC Executive you can appeal to the Trust. You can find how to appeal in the Trust's general complaints procedure:
