Cool eyeliner.
I used to do heavy black, and now it’s white. You’ve got to brand yourself!

What is your brand?
I started a company that makes 3-D-printed orthotics—it’s launching in January. Right now, orthotics aren’t sexy, but there’s no reason they shouldn’t be.

Sexy how?
We’ve created software that allows you to take a scan of your foot with an iPhone. We process that, and out comes a sexy, sleek insole made from this soft leather in any color you want—neon green, bright red.

You’re so passionate about insoles.
After watching Adaptation, I became obsessed with the concept of being in love with being in love with something—being in love with a passion. I got really into orchids, which led to carnivorous plants, and one Venus flytrap led to a lot of Venus flytraps, and now I have about 30. I just think they’re quite magical.
