
Amy Sacco’s moving to Ann Street, which means that the apocalyptic cool-to-crowded cycle she unleashed in West Chelsea when she opened Lot 61 may repeat itself in a grim part of the financial district. The Bungalow 8 proprietor will live in and consult on District, a new condo. Sales director Christopher Mathieson praises her talent for creating “an ‘international jet set’ lifestyle that everyone wants a part of.” And since she’s buying a penthouse, “on the weekends, I’m going to be in my rooftop cabana,” Sacco says. How’d she get involved? “It’s in my blood. My mom has a real-estate license. We were always buying houses, redoing them, and flipping them.”
